Mr. Edwards joined Pacific Appraisers in 2014. His experience since 1991 includes small and large lending institution staff positions in Texas and California. With over 23 years experience throughout California including the Central Valley and the South Bay Area, Mr. Edwards has been involved in the valuation of all types of residential properties, with specializations in 2-4 unit multifamily, land and complex residential properties.
Mr. Edwards has taken a number of real estate classes and seminars through the Appraisal Institute and other real estate organizations. He has managed large teams of appraisers for lending institutions and has acted as a reviewer for a large AMC for properties across the Western United States.
