The commercial real estate valuation team is at the heart of our professional services. Our competencies run the gamut of standard commercial properties such as office, retail, multi-family, and industrial property types and specialty asset classes for valuation service needs, including golf courses, low income housing tax credit (LIHTC), hotels/motels, and gas stations.


Our residential appraisers all carry the Certified Residential appraisal license with the state of California. Additionally, each appraiser is FHA approved. Residential services include standard single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, multifamily (2-4 units) and executive estates.


Our Vendor Management Group provides expertise in all facets of appraisal management and administration including; bidding, engaging, and compliance reviews. Outside of our team of appraisers, the Vendor Management Group is able to quickly locate and vet appraisers on a nationwide level. This gives many of our clients the ability to focus on the business at hand – not tracking down appraisers. Our team can provide multiple bids and procure a valuation solution for nearly any property type throughout the country.
