Our residential appraisers all carry the Certified Residential appraisal license with the state of California. Additionally, each appraiser is FHA approved. Residential services include standard single family homes, townhomes, condominiums, multifamily (2-4 units) and executive estates.
Consulting
Our Vendor Management Group provides expertise in all facets of appraisal management and administration including; bidding, engaging, and compliance reviews. Outside of our team of appraisers, the Vendor Management Group is able to quickly locate and vet appraisers on a nationwide level.
