Shain Holden founded Pacific Appraisers in 2003 along with Ryan Whitelaw. Mr. Holden holds a degree in English from the University of California, Berkeley. Shain manages the company operations and has overseen the appraisals of apartment, retail, industrial, office, warehouse, self storage facilities, convenience store/gas stations, subdivisions, hotel/motel, and residential care facilities. He holds a California real estate broker’s license, and prior to founding Pacific Appraisers, Mr. Holden worked as a consultant in the financial services industry.
